I am currently a postdoctoral scholar in Psychology and Neuroscience at The Ohio State University.

My research program investigates how the brain integrates information from the body and physical environment to construct emotions, physical symptoms, and social perceptions. I examine how these processes are shaped by culture and lived experience across the lifespan, drawing on interdisciplinary theory from psychology, biology, and human development. My work leverages methods from experimental social psychology, psychophysiology, and neuroscience.

I earned my M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology and Neuroscience, with a formal concentration in Quantitative Psychology, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and my B.A. in Psychology from Tufts University.

Outside of research, I enjoy running, reading, crafting, and spending time outdoors with my husband, son, and dog, Mylo.
